Meta Titan traffic spike yesterday, I found this amusing:
The fort held up, but it really puts it into perspective for those who are on penny and dime hosting plans.

MetaTitan.com is on one of my dedicated servers with HostGator, but I run a number of different projects on this box as well.

That’s nice, now if I can just get my affiliate spam site on DIGG I don’t care if my server catches fire.

I have been using hostgator for a year now and i have had no down times except once.That time contacted support and they restarted the server immediately.I don’t know if my baby plan can handle a handle a digg effect.But i have different sites on this host and they all receive about 2000 visits a day and i have had no problems. As my friends say hostgator is better than godaddy from they personal experience.
